BUILD SKILL AT THE RIGHT LEVEL.

Every class has a purpose. Choose the level that matches your experience and lets you train with appropriate challenge.

FUNDAMENTALS

Develop the essential positions, escapes, controls, guard work, takedown concepts, and submission safety that make jiu jitsu understandable. Classes use a structured rotating curriculum, focused drilling, positional practice, and controlled resistance.

Best for: Intro graduates, white belts, returning students, and experienced students refining core skills.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED

Connect techniques into complete systems, explore deeper tactical layers, and sharpen decision-making against skilled resistance. Expect more complex positions, demanding situational rounds, and room for individual development.

Best for: Students with a reliable technical foundation who are ready for faster problem-solving and greater intensity.

GI AND NO-GI.
ONE ART, TWO RHYTHMS.

The positions and principles carry across both formats. The grips, pacing, and tactical emphasis change—training both can make your jiu jitsu more complete.

GI CLASSES

Train in the traditional jacket, pants, and belt. The fabric creates collar, sleeve, pants, and lapel grips, adding friction and encouraging precise control, posture, grip fighting, and patient problem-solving.

NO-GI CLASSES

Train in a rashguard and shorts or leggings. Without cloth grips, No-Gi emphasizes body and limb control, wrestling connections, movement, faster transitions, and maintaining position with sound mechanics.
